[9:00am-11:30am] Buddy Training 101
- Description:
- We will be offering Buddy Training 101 on Saturday, June 26, 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Here is your chance to get on board with a lively inter-generational group (junior buddies, youth, parents, adults and seniors) who enjoy children. WE NEED YOU to join us! Please see the Nathaniel’s Hope website at www.NathanielsHope.org/pages/59.asp and fill in the application under “I want to be a BUDDY!” Once you have been trained there are several options to serve including our monthly Buddy Breaks or serving as a Buddy on Sundays and other programs. If you know anyone who would like to attend the training please have them email Vandie@FUMC-Orl.org or visit www.TheLightHouseForKids.org for more info. The next Buddy Break is on the same date as the training and participants will be able to see the program in action that day. We will then take off July and August – and resume Buddy Breaks in September
